Alienware M11x lighting is messed up! blue light wont work propertly?

Whenever I put on the blue light for my m11x lighting for my keyboard, it will go on and off every few seconds. I don't know how to make it stay. whenever i press "Shift", "Control", or "FN" it will go on and when i let the key go, it will turn off. sometimes, when i release the key, it will blink a couple of times and then stay on, then it will turn off. this is only a problem with my Blue lighting choice. However, when i try to pick a different color like "Light green" or "Purple" or "teal" it will do some random color, when I try to put it to "Blue" it will do that whole blinking/on and off process like i explained above. Help please!
